Earth friendly home owner

This home owner built a wall around a Saguaro in his backyard. I was very suprised to see this. Most people these days would request a partial release from the government or ask his neighbor to purchase a small piece of land to have the wall made without interruption.

Please remember that the Saguaro blossom is the state wild flower of Arizona. The cactus is also protected by law. Harming a Saguaro is illegal by state law.
